Give your 18+ verified members a matching role in VRChat. Put staff in their group role when they are promoted in Discord. Members link once, and their roles follow them.
Promote someone and their VRChat group role follows automatically. Take the Discord role away and the group role goes with it.
Members who leave the server or unlink lose the roles LogDog granted, automatically. Roles they earned on their own are never touched.
Add a mapping and everyone who already holds the Discord role gets their VRChat role too, not just future grants.
